The decision was taken during a recent meeting of the subcommittee of the Punjab Zakat and Ushr Council, chaired by Rashid Iqbal Nasrullah, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister on Zakat and Ushr. The meeting was attended by several high-level officials, including Senator Dr. Ghaus Muhammad Khan Niazi, MPA Malik Iftikhar Ahmed, and other senior members of the Punjab government.
